MSC Sisters has enacted this policy to properly steward gifts as postal costs continue to rise.
(Feel free to dispose of unused tickets or pass to others to play. Please note: although your donation is needed and appreciated by us, per the IRS, buying a raffle ticket is not a deductible expense. Donations made without ticket purchase are a deductible expense.)
